As we start a new year it is good to create new files for the current year.
After a year or two, you will be glad you set up a file system that will help you find things later, and keep you organized now.
I like to keep my files on an external hard drive(s). Why? Because when your computer decides it has had enough, you can rest assured your files are safe.
When you get a new computer all you have to do is load the programs, and you are ready to get back to work.
This tip comes from experience!?
