Has the atmospheric river visited your part of the world? We got lots of rain which is now ice everywhere. Seems like the weather just gets a bit stranger each year.
I was reading about To-Do lists and how to make them work better for us.
When we tell ourselves we HAVE to do it, we naturally go into resistance.
When we CHOOSE to do the items on our list, we are empowered and motivated.
The difference is, no one want’s to be told what to do.
When we change our perspective of the task, it gives us the drive and energy to follow through on getting it done and we will achieve better results.
Not sure how this will work for doing the dishes, but I can see it helping with business building tasks.?
