A warm welcome to my new subscribers and thanks for being here to all of you. I’m so happy to have you here! How are you doing? I hope you are doing well. I’m doing good.
We work hard to build our businesses and some times you get so focused on your work that you forget to take some ‘time off’ to relax and recharge your body, mind and spirit. I think when we take a break it gives our minds time to work on how best to accomplish some of the tasks that have been difficult for us.
I know my eyes get tired looking at the screens all day and I want to say thank you to ShuWanna for the dark mode tip she gave us a while back. That has helped me a lot! She suggested you set up your computer and Facebook to be in dark mode, it takes a bit to get used to but it is very nice once you do.
I hope you can take a little time for yourself this weekend, even 15 minutes of meditation or a walk can have so many benefits.
