As we grew up we were expected to fit into the mold of what someone somewhere, a long long time ago decided was best for us.
The problem with this way of molding people is we miss out of the uniqueness of the individual. From that uniqueness comes some of our greatest advancements to science, technology and literature (STEM+A).
When you can be your true self you can open up to all the great things you can give to the world, personally and business wise.
When we stay in the mold of sameness we will never have anything new or better to offer. It can feel safe there, but it will never allow us to be anything or everything we want to be.
I get scared when I try new things but each time I put myself out there I am amazed that I did it and most of the time I’m very happy with the outcome.
I hope we can all stretch outside the mold to let our uniqueness come out and have a play. It will probably amaze us all at what we can really do when we be our true self’s.
