FOMO = Squirrel Chaser
Our weather is all over the place this week. The forecast is useless, you just have to look out the window and see snow falling, then wait a minute and we have bright sunshine.
The weather reminds me of chasing squirrels. It can’t settle on one thing for more than a few minutes.
Are you a squirrel (shiny objects) chaser? I know I have been chasing a lot of squirrels the last few years.
When we are trying to figure out our niche in this business everything new looks good. So we fill our hard drives with PLR and other stuff only to be off again with the next great offer.
I suffer from FOMO, and some of the offers out there are so good at making me think I will be missing out if I don’t buy today.
What is helping me right now, is to pick one thing and make a plan with a deadline to help keep me on track.
When my focus is on getting my one thing done, I’m to busy to worry about if I am missing out on something else.
When we chase squirrels we are not able to focus on what we really need to get to accomplish our one thing. When I can get myself to stay on track it is easy to see what PLR products or courses can help me get my task done better.
I hope we can all let the FOMO go. If even for only a few days so we can see what we really need.
