How are you doing? I hope all is well with you. We went from snow last week to over 80 degrees yesterday and the forecast is for 80 again today. The daffodils and crocuses are starting to bloom. I think we still have one or two snow storms that will come our way but nice weather in-between.

This time of year it is easy to see the importance of ‘planting your seeds’ to reap the harvest in the Fall. Our businesses are our garden. We need to each day being doing the things that will bring us the success we want to achieve.
We don’t have to wait until Fall to start seeing our ‘harvest’ if we keep doing the tasks the success will start to show up. Just like with garden tending, break your tasks up into the smaller steps you can take each day to start seeing your ‘harvest’ show up.
Sometimes you have to pull a few weeds as you find things that are not going to work for your business. That’s okay, just pivot and try a new approach.
As with everything find a way to appreciate and enjoy the seasons of building and running your business.
